Great location but in need of upkeep

I enjoyed the location close to the beach, but the cleanliness and upkeep of the rooms left much to be desired. The furniture was outdated and some surfaces were dusty, which impacted our comfort. The staff were friendly, which made our experience a bit better.

The room had a cozy atmosphere, but dirty linens affected my comfort.

Upon arrival, I noticed the exterior buildings appeared run-down, and the atmosphere felt uncomfortable with some questionable activity nearby. My initial room had an unbearable odor, and after moving around, I found another that barely met acceptable cleanliness standards—the linens had stains, and the bathroom showed signs of neglect. The overall maintenance left a bit to be desired, with issues like low water pressure and unreliable appliances adding to the inconvenience.

The staff at Super 8 were incredibly friendly and accommodating, efficiently assisting with my business needs. The location is convenient, being off Highway 90 and close to the Convention Center. The complimentary wired Internet access in the business center was beneficial for my work-related tasks during the stay.

The room had maintenance issues, such as a loose toilet and broken bathtub.

I also encountered issues like a broken toilet and insufficient towels for my family’s stay.

i stayed here for one night and the experience was refreshing compared to my previous stays in biloxi. the staff were friendly and check-in was quick and easy. the location was fantastic, just a short drive from the beach and local eateries.
