The staff was supper friendly and friendly at all levels. The location was convenient for walking around Big Play Entertainment Center Video Arcade. The hotel was in a pretty nice area, close to the beach as well as casinos.

Great location but in need of upkeep
I enjoyed the location close to the beach, but the cleanliness and upkeep of the rooms left much to be desired. The furniture was outdated and some surfaces were dusty, which impacted our comfort. The staff were friendly.

Upon arrival, I noticed the exterior buildings appeared run-down, and the atmosphere felt uncomfortable with some questionable activity nearby. My initial room had an unbearable odor, and after moving around, I found another that barely met acceptable cleanliness standards-the linens had stains, and the bathroom showed signs of neglect. The overall maintenance left a bit to be desired, with issues like low water pressure and unreliable appliances adding to the inconvenience.

The staff at Super 8 were friendly and accommodating, efficiently assisting with my business needs. The location is convenient, being off Highway 90 and close to the Convention Center. The complimentary wired Internet access in the business center was beneficial for my work-related tasks .
The room had maintenance issues, such as a loose toilet and broken bathtub.

They are suppose to mail a bag that I left there to me. They called to let me know we had left the bag, but we were already crossed into Florida.

Everything was great! The staff was friendly and always willing to help. The room was very comfortable, with a cozy seating area where we could relax after a long day. Having a refrigerator and microwave in the room was super convenient for storing snacks and drinks.
